Notes:

Like Bucksport Regional Health Care Center, Family medicine is encountering a significant percentage of visits that are related to ear-nose-throat and respiratory problems. The diagnostic data in this case are more specific, but have been regrouped to indicate larger patterns. The two most common diagnoses are hypertension--high blood pressure, and diabetes. These diagnoses rank very high in the Regional Health Center as well. Three less common diagnoses, gastro-esophageal reflux (heartburn), rash and migraine headaches depart from the ear-nose-throat cluster, but are also potentially attributable to environmental factors.
