Alzheimer's Workshop

PRESS RELEASE

Memory, Aging, and Alzheimer's Disease

Do you worry about your memory?
Are you forgetting things you used to remember with ease?
Are you concerned that your parent or relative has memory loss?

Health-Link, The Wellness Center of Maine Coast Memorial Hospital and the Maine Chapter
of the Alzheimer's Association will sponsor a FREE workshop to answer questions on
memory loss on Wednesday October 10th from 1pm to 2:30pm at the Health-Link Classroom. Light refreshments will be provided. This upbeat workshop will provide strategies for improving your memory at any age, and explain the differences between normal memory lapses and Alzheimer's disease.

The workshop is open to all age groups. Lucie Arbuthnot, Education and Training Specialist with the Maine Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, will conduct the workshop.

For more information, call 667 2474.
