PRESS RELEASE QUIT SMOKING with a "FRESH START" Downeast It's your decision! If you smoke let "FRESH START" help you quit at the Eleanor Widener Dixon Memorial Clinic, Gouldsboro. In the continuing mission to bring better health to our citizens, Maine Coast Memorial Hospital has assembled a professional team of volunteers, including nurses and respiratory therapists to teach these FREE smoking cessation classes. The classes are four, one-hour sessions each Monday starting September 10 at 6pm.The FRESH START Program is designed by the American Cancer Society to guide individuals through the transition from the smoking life to the world of fresh air. The Gouldsboro Clinic will be hosting this FREE program for the public. To register or if you have any questions pertaining to the FRESH Start Program, please call Marie Langlois at 963-4066.
